The new rail-transportable curtainsider trailer, S.CS Intermodal, is available with up to 44 t permissible gross weight. So you can safely transport your semi-trailers by rail. The S.CS Intermodal is suitable either for standard hopper wagons with 1,130 millimetre axle stand heights (profile code, e.g. P400) or as a hopper wagon with enlarged cladding space and 980 millimetre axle stand height (profile codification e.g. (P400). The customer can order either vehicle with a standard sliding roof or with a pallet-wide sliding roof. The pallet-wide sliding roof with 2,480 mm internal width can also be lifted, which is standard for all Schmitz Cargobull Mega trailers.
