FERROPLAST®
FERROPLAST® sandwich panels are premoulded and prepainted steel skins with a hard-foam core made in a flatbed process. This process results in panels that are stable, impervious to vapour infusion with high insulation properties and shearing strength. The individual panels are assembled to make up full sidewalls and roofs and then as a finished component adhesively joined to the floor of the insulated body.

FERROPLAST® makes use of all the advantages that steel can offer. The multiple-coated steel skin is impervious to vapour intrusion and remains as sealed as only metal can be – despite being ultra-thin.

The more hard foam used, the better the insulation and the less energy required.

FERROPLAST® insulates better – for decades. Unlike fibreglass-reinforced plastic, steel doesn't become brittle or develop cracks.

It's easy to repair and requires no special tools.
